Jo and I have worked with the Zest Student letting team now for 3.5yrs and only have positive things to say. As a local business Zest have always provided a dedicated point of contact as opposed to a faceless call centre. Zest (Beth & Glenn) are never satisfied with the status quo and always keen to take feedback on board, thinking of new ways of enhancing their service to both tenants and landlords. This approach filters down to other members of the team (eg Lillie) and has only accelerated since Emma joined the team. Our current day to day contact is Jess who is professional and friendly, always exhibiting a can-do attitude. When Jess has not been available other members of the team (Tilly) have stepped in and bridged the gap seamlessly. The summer changeover is a particularly busy, intense and stressful period and Jess has done an excellent job. Emotions can run high, but Jess always appears calm and collected……an old head on young shoulders if I am allowed say that……always seeking to balance the expectations of both tenants and landlords which is no easy task ! Finally, I’d like to give a mention to the Accounts team ( Karen and Simona) who are incredibly efficient, responding to any query very promptly.
