Zest have been excellent, and in particular Kate. They took on and ensured my students lets meet current and future regulation. They found a significant issue which required a toilet and bathroom to be changed for 2 bathrooms. Given the HMO date of review, this was undertaken within the month and over the Christmas, with Kate project managing and ensuring every thing from the quality to taking care that the students were not overly inconvenienced, and kept me up to date almost every day. Outstanding service and a very happy customer.
