I’m sorry you felt let down by your experience, Sarah. We do our utmost to ensure as quick a sale process as possible but obviously there are external factors which can occur from other involved parties which are completely beyond our control. This is just as frustrating for us as it is for you. I am pleased the sale all went through though in the end, best wishes.
