We've rented 2 separate properties from Reside for a combined total of 4 years. I can honestly say they are the most fair lettings agency that I have rented from (having rented with 6 other lettings companies before). They are always quick to respond to and organise the remedying of maintenance issues reported, always let you know well in advance before anyone needed to visit the property, and also we're always extremely fair with their rental prices and deposit returns. As a tenant the above was great, but I can even see how well they looked after the property for the landlord. They did ~6-monthly (non-invasive) walk arounds of the apartment just to make sure everything looks ok. This must give landlords huge peace of mind. I've dealt with so many rental companies in the past that were awful - always trying to take as much as possible from the renters (in rent and unfair / delayed deposit returns), taking ages to sort maintenance issues, and handing over the property in a disgraceful state. I can wholeheartedly say that Reside was a pleasure to work with. We only left them due to buying a property, but if I ever return to renting (or even letting), Reside will be my first choice.

Ben, Lisa and the team are amazing. I have used many letting agents as a Landlord over the years, and none come close to the knowledge and professionalism that Reside provides. What Ben doesn’t know about the Bath property market isn’t worth knowing ! If you want 5 star service go with Reside , there is no one better!

We recently bought our new home through Reside. Lovely people to deal with. Corinna was incredibly knowledgeable about the street and general area, without ever giving the hard-sell. And Lisa was always quick to respond, even helping us with a couple of (unrelated) issues post-moving day.

I rented a property through Reside for nearly 3 years and they’ve been such a pleasure to deal with throughout - super responsive on email or phone and got things seen to/fixed quickly as well as just being a lovely friendly company to communicate with. I’ve recently ended my tenancy to relocate back to London and realised my dog’s tracker was missing from his collar - the GPS signal showed it left in the garden at the property and the lovely Ben at Reside offered to go there and find it. They are now posting it back to me! 5 star service all round with Reside, they are a superb managing agency and I’d love to rent through them again if/when I return to the Southwest!
