Just wanted to say a big thankyou to the team at reside! I work within the property industry and know how busy Letting agents are, its when the market is this busy the really good ones stand out! They don't have to be helpful because its so busy, but Reside went the etc mile even when they didn't need to and that's the mark of a great agent in my book!!!
