Reside came to my aid when I was up against it. Needed to find a flat with very little time to do so as was due to start work imminently in a new area. Reside had a lovely flat on their books and were able to turnaround the viewing/to signing the tenancy agreement in very little time and am now settled into a gorgeous flat in Bath.
