I have let my cottage in Bath for nearly six years now and am onto my third tenants with Reside. Frankly, they have found me superb people to look after my little house and I am so grateful to them for doing this as it means a lot as this was my former home and it's not just a buy to let with no heartfelt connection. They are approachable at all times (sometimes many whilst you are dealing with setting up the place for new tenants!) and their no fuss attitude means I will always keep coming back to them.
