Ben, Lisa and the team are amazing. I have used many letting agents as a Landlord over the years, and none come close to the knowledge and professionalism that Reside provides. What Ben doesn’t know about the Bath property market isn’t worth knowing ! If you want 5 star service go with Reside , there is no one better!

I rented a property through Reside for nearly 3 years and they’ve been such a pleasure to deal with throughout - super responsive on email or phone and got things seen to/fixed quickly as well as just being a lovely friendly company to communicate with. I’ve recently ended my tenancy to relocate back to London and realised my dog’s tracker was missing from his collar - the GPS signal showed it left in the garden at the property and the lovely Ben at Reside offered to go there and find it. They are now posting it back to me! 5 star service all round with Reside, they are a superb managing agency and I’d love to rent through them again if/when I return to the Southwest!
