We rented a 4 bedroom student house in Bath and Liane Hanks were nothing short of amazing through the entire process. The house we rented was lovely but had a number of quirks but Liane Hanks helped us extremely effectively to rectify these. Our deposit situation was also very well handled, as Liane Hanks fought for us to receive our full deposits in order to rectify the problems we had throughout the year with the house. Overall an excellent company that treated us with respect and care throughout the year!
