What’s so unique about this estate agent is their level of customer service is so good you feel more like a valued person looking for a home than just another customer. Every single need was met no matter how ridiculous. I wanted a big bath, I got it. My circumstances changed suddenly and they were there with a plan b and so many reassuring phone calls that at no point did I ever feel that I was never going find something.
