Northwood are professional and accessible; their promotional material is slick without resorting to the nauseous property-worship that some agents resort too. Beth in particular is an asset to her profession, always helpful and available. Whenever other parts of the chain started to drag their feet, Beth kept the momentum going and she was a sensible intermediary for when our buyers had a few unorthodox requests. As for the sale, Beth managed to secure a significant margin above asking price that allowed us to also reach up in the market. Overall, while moving is always going to stressful and money is always going to be a driving factor, Beth and co made it as bearable as possible.
