Martin & Co always gives a realistic appraisal of our property during renewals or finding new tenants. Their charges are comparable with the other agencies. Although we had a few issues with their property management originally, in the last few years , their services have improved dramatically. Cloe has been great at sorting the latest tenancy renewal. Also, they are fantastic in understanding our needs , for example, calling British gas for periodic gas checks without us getting involved, or proactively finding us a decent quote for repairs and helping us to get the peace of mind as landlords. Thank you Martin & Co for finding us great tenants!
