The staff are really friendly and found a tennant within days of me submitting the property. They deal with everything that I now forget all about it most of the time. The tennants are carefully vetted and the property is regularly inspected. I am surprised at how smooth it all is.

Got locked out of house March 2025

Returning home from a mid week appointment at 5.15pm around 18 March 2025, discovered that I had lost my house key. Had to message Martin and Co to see if they might be able to give me their spare key. Also, I could not get to their branch office before they were due to close. They got back to me immediately, and one of their staff volunteered to drive over to my house, instead of driving straight home, and rescued me with their spare key. This must have been very inconvenient for her. But she did this very cheerfully. I am hugely grateful, as I could have faced a very lengthy and hugely expensive call to a locksmith or worse. Huge thanks for your help Martin + Co!
