She talked through all the documentation, the inventory process, setting up our rent payments, and what to expect over the coming days - answering all our queries quickly and professionally. Now moved in, we've had any questions that have arisen answered by Emma within a day of us getting in contact, and are very happily settled in our first place together. Dealing with Martin & Co has been a pleasure, really cutting out a lot of the stress that we could've been faced with.
