We recently completed our house purchase, and although Aidan was the estate agent acting for our onward sellers, he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His communication was consistently excellent — he kept us updated at every stage, checked in regularly, and made sure we always knew what was happening in the chain. Aidan went out of his way to touch base with us, even though we weren’t his direct clients, which really helped reduce the stress of the process. He was proactive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout.
