From the very first interaction with Sarah I felt that these were the agents for me. I felt so listened too and this was proven when Sarah found our dream home. We were also selling and I was kept updated all throughout the process, the communication and response rate was outstanding (which is what I asked for). All the team were great but a massive thank you goes to Aidan who was just fantastic; before we went to market we had a number of people lined up to view our property and we received an offer, unfortunately this and a subsequent offer were then withdrawn. Feeling discouraged and worried we would lose our dream home Aidan kept me calm and was just full of positivity and kept me updated every step of the way. We then secured another buyer after a 2nd round of viewings one weekend. This was my first time selling and buying at the same time and although stressful at times it was comforting to know that this team were pulling out all the stops to make it happen. As we made our way through the process Dawn really leant in and supported us and chased up solicitors where needed and helped us secure a completion date sooner than we anticipated! Amazing! Overall we are so glad we chose Brockenhurst to support us and would recommend them to anyone. Just feeling like they genuinely cared about our move throughout and the texts and call of congratulations after were lovely to receive.
