A cut above the rest

We entered into the rental property market for the first time with a certain amount of trepidation and visited many letting agents for advice. We found Mike at Belvoir Basingstoke to be extremely patient and knowledgable and found his advice invaluable, with regards to capital outlay and rental yield. Along with guidance on the correct properties to buy. Although our questions must have seemed relentless, Mike was always there to answer them without hesitation. It only took Belvoir a matter of days to find quality tenants and secure the right one for us and our properties. It has been several months since we bought our rentals and we have found the service to be first class, with regular updates with regards to how our tenants are doing and the condition of the properties. We would highly recommend Belvoir for all your Letting requirements.

Excellent services from Belvoir

Belvoir has managed my property in Newbury for several years and has always provided excellent advice and support on all matters regarding being a landlord. They have been professional and diligent in all services provided that have included finding tenants, setting up tenancy agreements, fair rental guidance, keeping me abreast of the changing legal requirements of landlords. They have responded quickly to tenant matters and have a good network of contractors to respond to any maintenance needs at fair prices. I have had very few rental void periods as good tenants have been found quickly. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Belvoir

Very happy with Agents

Belvoir were very quick to get onto our property and rent it out. We found everyone at the office very friendly, helpful, and willing to listen to us. At times of uncertainty about a prospective tenant they were very quick to ring us and ask our opinion. They seem to understand the market very well, and quickly found us a tenant. Thankfully they appear to be as concerned as we are about the tenants we have there, which really suits us.

Very good at what they do

Extremly friendly and very honest and upfront..All charges very clearly mentioned. No hidden extras. Would highly recommed to any landlords and tennants.

We found Belvoir Estate

We found Belvoir Estate agents very professional and helpful throughout our stressful long distance move to Devon this year. All staff gave us positive feedback on the sale of our house as well as support and advice throughout the process. We would definitely use them again if still living in Basingstoke.

Belvoir Basingstoke are a very well organized and professional letting agency.

Mike Jones at Belvoir was very helpful to me when I first started letting our flat.. He went through the whole process providing good advice on each aspect of the letting process including up to date information on all legal matters. I would certainly recommend Belvoir Basingstoke to any of my friends.

First class customer service.

Belvoir break the perceptions with renting

Friendly staff that make themselves available whenever needed. During the past 3 years we rented through Belvoir and I was constantly surprise by their ability to resolve any issues promptly and efficiency along with their due diligence when following up on any historical issues. If you are moving to the area I cannot recommend this company enough. We personally dealt with Sarah Smith and again I recommend you ask for her by name as she prides herself in making the transition of moving home as painless as possible.

Never let you down

When I was first looking for a property to buy, Mike at Belvoir was recommended to me as someone who would give me an honest opinion which he did. He spent a long time with me explaining which areas to look in and types of property and it was based on his recommendation that we bought a cluster house in Lychpit. Because of his approach initially along with the care that we received from Belvoir when we were buying the property, they were our first choice to help us manage our first home as Landlords. We met with Mike and his team on the Saturday and had a tenant by Wednesday that week!! So far the whole process has been stress free as they do all the hard work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to new or experienced Landlords.
