Purchased through Belvoir originally and received a great service. When it came to selling the property we didnt hesitate in asking Belvoir to assist in the sale. House was listed and within 1 day we had multiple viewings and an offer shortly after. Sale went through smoothly. Highly recommend Belvoir. *Also, the quality of the brochure photographs that Belvoir took of our property were of a really high standard. They didnt simply snap away on a camera phone but took time using a professional camera to best show off the property.

Excellent for sales and lettings

I let my property in Basingstoke for several years with Belvoir. Earlier this year, I then decided to sell, and Belvoir was my first choice to carry out the sale. I live in East London and it was very reassuring to have Mike and Laura taking such good care of the property whilst it was let. They dealt with all the small problems that arose with care and efficiency and communicated with me clearly at all times. When I decided to sell, it was an easy decision to ask Belvoir to take care of things for me. Matthew and his team were excellent at every turn. Belvoir Basingstoke

Can't recommend Belvoir highly enough. 5* service time after time. Purchased, Sold and Let properties with them and can't fault them. Buying and selling property is so stressful but Belvoir make it effortless, always at the end of the phone and keep you updated on progress. You would be silly not to consider using them.

Jamie not only very successfully sold my property ( it took 2 days for very close to asking price - 2 people in chain) but also offered invaluable assistance in the purchase of my property in Cornwall. He was always friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and I felt able to ring him with any queries. The estate agent that can be bothered

All the staff were helpful, and did what they promised. They updated me every week on the progress of my sale Jamie was especially helpful, even when my sale looked like it wasn't going through with much speed. I would recommend Belviour over any other estate agent, as finding a property with others estate agencies pushed my patients, as I didn't get the service I was getting from Belviour Nice to see such service, which was not Apparent by other agents
