I have used Belvoir for a number of years and have never been disappointed. My main points of contact have always been Carole Archer and Kate Shore but they are ably supported by a great team who always ensure a very personal service. Thoroughly recommended.

Great service.

We were very pleased with service from Belvoir Basingstoke on our recent flat purchase. Requests for viewing appointments were handled and confirmed promptly, sometimes at short notice. We only viewed 4 properties (2 with Belvoir) so our search wasn’t protracted. Negotiations were handled quickly and professionally. Although with no chains or mortgages involved it was not a complicated transaction, Belvoir’s involvement through to completion was always friendly, polite and efficient. I would be happy to recommend them to other buyers and, based on this buying experience, would certainly consider them if I was selling a property.

I have had a very good service from the team at Belvoir over many years. I would like to give particular thanks to Natalie the Move Manager. Throughout the sale of my flat, Natalie has kept me informed at all times about the sale and contacted me at least once a week. She has been in touch with the buyers and their solicitor and with my solicitor. I really appreciated her help in arranging for the contents of the flat to be removed and for contacting the concierge to ensure that this went smoothly. Natalie has been extremely efficient , professional and friendly. My family and I are extremely grateful to her and the service of Belvoir.

Fiendly and amazing service

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience finding a property to rent. The staff have been nothing but amazing to me. They are very easy to talk to and have been very helpful.

Sale of Flat

We had very good service from Belvoir .The flat was effectively marketed and Belvoir was very good at dealing with issues and keeping us informed of progress The staff in the office were both helpful and prompt when responding to any queries we raised .

We have been very happy with the services of Belvoir, especially our contact Matthew Smith. Tempers can flare quite easily when buying a house and Matthew definitely has the correct temperament and experience to deal with this. Belvoir in general have been very good. Our first contact was Keith and we found him to be a great start to our journey. Thank you all :)

Me and my husband have never had any problems with the service we receive from belvoir so would highly recommend them to other people. Laura and Kate have always been great help and resolved any issues straight away that we’ve had. They also knew that we were looking to move from a previous estate agent and downsize, as soon as something came available that suited us, they let us know which we really appreciate as we are now very happy in our new home that is much more beneficial for us. This is the second time that we have rented a property through belvoir and we are glad to be back and know we are in safe hands! Myself and my husband David thank the team for everything ☺️

Belvoir Basingstoke, very professional and friendly throught out the sale and purchase of our property. Matthew was very helpful giving us information about the whole buying and selling process. The whole team were always great help with any questions we had. Natalie in their after sales team was brillaint at keeping us upto date with the progress of the sale and purchase of the property.
