If i could give 10 starts i would. The team at the Basingstoke offices is second to none. Kate helped me with the showing and move in processes. Being from the US i had no idea how letting in the UK was done. From showing to move in Kate was incredibly helpful answering all my questions and making the process very easy and smooth. Once living in the unit all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner and very professionally. Here is where the 10 stars comes in.... Jo Jones was the member of Belvoir that did my checkout with me. Not only was she very quick in getting the checkout process done, she was very fair and got me back all of my deposit! Going into this i had some concerns about how the process was going to go due to an awful experience with Samson and George. I had been living in the Belvoir unit for 6 months and still had not received my deposit back from the previous letting. After explaining this to Jo she gave me all the ammo i would need to go back to the DPS and get my deposit back. She was very passionate about defending not only me, but anyone who is letting any property from the horrible agents and landlords. Not only did i get all my deposit back from Belvior, but due to the guidance from Jo she also got my deposit back from the Samson and George scoundrels. All in all, if you need a place to live in Basingstoke or anywhere in the UK, GO WITH BELVIOR!
