We purchased a property in Basingstoke being listed by Belvoir, we had also looked at 4 other properties listed by Belvoir. We always had a great service from the Sales team, especially on viewings. When we decided on the right property they were always on the ball, following up and chasing Silicitors etc for updates to ensure we met the expected dates and completion it was a great service and a great team effort from them all, I would highly recommend their services to all.

I rented a property through Belvoir in Basingstoke and I must say that my family and I were treated really well during our tenancy. Whenever we need support or there are maintenance issues to be addressed while we were at the property, the responses and services that we received were to an excellent standard. When our tenancy was coming to an end, the Belvoir team ensured that we were kept up to date in every situation. They also ensured that we were provided with the required flexibility and ease that we needed to enable us move into our new home. During the checkout and post checkout process, we were given all the necessary information that we needed to assist us to fulfil our obligations as tenants, I find the information provided by Belvoir very useful and I really appreciate it. The actual checkout and post checkout process (which was carried out by Jo Jones, Belvoir's Property Assessor) was highly satisfactory and done in a very professional, fair and timely manner. There was no undue delays in processing the return of our deposit. The process was swift and I really appreciate Jo's effort all through the process. Our experience with Belvoir when selling our property was professional and efficient from the first evaluation through to completion. They were always easy to contact and kept us regularly updated throughout the process, regularly chasing all solicitors to keep things moving. When arranging viewings they contacted us via the phone and would always backup with an email (both when arranging an appointment and if any were cancelled) We never felt under any pressure to accept an offer (in our experience many other estate agents push for as quick a sale as possible) and were given a good appraisal of the value of our property.
