I have been incredibly impressed with Belvoir Basingstoke. Everyone I've seen has been brilliant, starting with Tracey who showed me my flat first. She was welcoming, informative and friendly. Upon application for the flat, I spoke to Abi who helpfully guided me through the process. I easily arranged a second viewing and met Kate, another brilliant asset to the team. Checking in was with Shahida who showed me everything I needed to know. My question around parking she wasn't sure of, so that same day I received an email with a complete answer, even including a diagram! I reported a handful of maintenance issues in my first week (I admit, most were user error!) and Andrew in this team gave me quick, useful responses, managing the solve the majority straight away. The one that required a plumber he tagged onto the existing job happening that week, may sound obvious but the amount of places I've dealt with that wouldn't use this common sense! The reporting website is very simple to use. I've been so happy with the amazingly fast responses from everyone at Belvoir Basingstoke. Genuinely friendly people who want to make you comfortable.
