I was very happy with Belvoir throughout the whole process of selling my house. For me not having to show people around was great; they took off all of that responsibility off of my shoulders. They kept regular contact with me throughout, giving me updates following visits, through the sale etc., in fact they seemed to have a better handle on what was going on in the chain more than anyone else. All in all very professional. I would recommend them and use their services in future.

We weren't dead set on moving house, however we found our perfect home via Belvoir, Jamie took us round and we decided to put in an offer despite having not sold our place, our offer was accepted subject to selling our property within two weeks! - Jamie was great, we went on holiday and passed our keys to him to work his magic - on the 14th day we managed to sell our property and our offer was officially accepted. Despite the fact that the rest of the process took longer than expected, through no fault of Belvoir, Matt provided us with weekly updates from the acceptance of the offer through to exchange of contracts which was fantastic and kept us at ease!

They are worth the fee!!! Belvior were the first agent to respond promptly to my enquiry to sell my home. They gave me a honest valuation which reflected current market mood. They are friendly, have excellent local knowledge and good customer service. They managed to sell my house within 2-3 weeks of it being in the market. Communication throughout the process was good. Perhaps what would could be improved is having an online portal to track sale progress. Great service overall 🌟

We let two properties through Belvoir in Basingstoke using their fully managed service and we have worked with them for several years. Our experience is very positive - both on the easy stuff like good communication and reporting as well as the more difficult issues that can arise around working with tenants. We recently had an experience where the property was not being cared for. Belvoir managed this very professionally initially identifying and properly documenting that there was a problem (through their regular property visits) and then reaching a suitable resolution quickly and smoothly providing a result that was best for the tenant and for ourselves. Good balance between respecting tenants and protecting Landlords.
