Natalie was amazing!

We worked with Natalie for the purchase of our new house, and she was absolutely amazing! Very professional and responsive, she was really good at chasing both sides to make sure the process wasn't unduly delayed and kept us fully up to date at all points during the sale. She was also really friendly and it was a pleasure to speak with her. My sister is going through the same process with another estate agents and her experience has been below average. I felt that Belvoir Basingstoke have gone above and beyond with their services, we even received a house warming box upon collecting the keys which was a really lovely touch and contained a few of the essentials! Much appreciated! Even though we weren't the original customer of theirs (the seller was) we felt very well cared for. If I need to sell or purchase a house in the future, I would definitely like to give them a call. Thank you to Natalie for being so great and for helping make the moving process that much easier!

Amazing estate agents

So happy i chose to go with Belvoir, professional and helpful from start to finish. From when i went to look at the property and was shown round by Emily and right up to the end with the great help from Natalie. I can never thank Natalie enough as due to the pandemic and lockdowns and paperwork this unfortunately slowed the process of the move down. I was always kept in the loop and up to date with what was going on with the move. I know at times for Natalie it must have been stressful having everyone keep emailing and calling to ask for updates but natalie was always very polite and very informative every time. Also thank you to Jason for when i went to pick the keys up once again was very welcoming and i must say the welcome pack came in very handy. So huge thank you to you all and if i ever have to move again which hopefully i won't as i don't need the stress i will be definitely coming to you guys for my move 10/10.

Amazing estate agents!! The best by far that we’ve ever used! The service is thorough and extremely helpful, both Jamie and Emily in the salads dept were punctual and helpful, always easy to get hold of. Natalie was in charge of seeing our purchase through, and was INCREDIBLE! She was on top of it the whole time, always returned calls promptly and chased solicitors and other agents on a daily basis to ensure the sale went through. Can’t recommend them enough!

Recently been purchasing a property through Belvoir. Sadly had to pull out due to a change in location/circumstances but their service has been outstanding. Had problems with other Estate Agents in the past and would heavily recommend Belvoir!

When we first viewed the flat just over a year ago with Tracey we felt she was very professional and a lovely lady. We decided to take it that same day and all the staff that helped us through the renting process were amazing and made it go very quickly and smoothly. The flat itself was immaculate when we moved and the whole time we was there if we had an issue with anything Belvoir was only a call away and their service was always outstanding. We decided to move as we wanted somewhere a little bigger and we’re now renting with another company but only because they had what we was looking for at the time of moving but I can say we’re missing Belvoir and there outstanding customer service. The check out with Jo Jones went smoothly and I have to say very fast. She was very fair and we’re happy to say that we’re getting our full deposit back :-) She kept us up to date with the report and the next steps etc. I highly recommend Belvoir and it’s been a pleasure renting with them , if we ever move again we will definitely have our fingers crossed we can rent with them again. When deciding to sell our home earlier this year we chose to use the Estate Agent Belvoir. We had considered online agents but felt a traditional agent would be better for us due to the fees being paid on completion. Jamie Bennett came out to do a valuation and explain the processes and fee structure, which we thought was very reasonable and competitive. My wife and I were very impressed with his punctuality and professionalism, and general friendliness when dealing with our inexperience. Jamie then booked in for the photos and returned with a very impressive camera system that captured fantastic images of our property. Once all pictures were done the property went to market and we very quickly had a number of interested parties. We accepted a full price offer 3 days after the house being on the market. Jamie even talked us through the positions of each of the buyers to help us make the most informed decision. Once we had accepted the offer we then began dealing with the Belvoir Move Manager Natalie Painter. Natalie was very helpful and courteous, and kept us updated on everything that was going on with the sale. Additionally, Natalie also kept us updated with the whole chain, and when some of the chains solicitors were having communication problems, she stepped in to keep the whole process moving. Had it not been for Natalie I think that we would not have completed before Christmas, or may have even lost the whole sale. Due to delays my wife and I had decided to break the chain for our onward purchaser ourselves, but Natalie still spoke with our purchase chain to give us updates on their progress. Being honest we had more updates from our Agent than the sellers Agent. Once we got to completion Natalie gave us all of the information we needed to make this as seamless as possible, and even provided suggestions on who to contact post sale to ensure all relevant parties were updated. Again very helpful as there were several we had not considered ourselves. Overall the service provided by Belvoir was exceptional, especially from Jamie and Natalie, and should we have need of an Agent again in the future we both hope that Belvoir, Jamie and Natalie would be there to help.
