The staff's at Belvoir are first class, they have gone above and beyond my expectations to ensure my house purchase was done without any difficulties. Basingstoke Team is Amazing!!

I recently bought a 5 bedroom house in Basingstoke. Emily showed us the house followed by Katie. They were very nice , professional and followed all covid 19 rules. I used speak to Jamie, Sarah Jane and Emily regularly over the phone regarding the purchase. Emily introduced me to Jack the mortgage advisor who helped me with the mortgage. Jamie always kept us upto date with process. Whole team of Belvoir Basingstoke is very patient and helpful. There was time when I almost lost the property, bit Jamie helped me to retain it. I wasn't able to collect the keys. Jamie very promptly sent lovely John with the house keys and a very useful surprise gift. They added a personal touch to the whole purchase process and held my hand throughout. I am really happy with the whole team and ever so grateful to them. As a prospective tenant the first thing that’s clear is the professional manner in which you are dealt with. It’s a personal service with everything conducted with transparency and honesty. The viewing was COVID managed and all my questions were answered professionally and everything they said they would do was done. The references are taken online and with clear explanation and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
