I have been in communication with Belvoir, Basingstoke branch, for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say they are the nicest, kindest estate agents I have ever dealt with. Their communications are prompt and always very helpful and they seem to not only go above and beyond in every instance (always happy to provide accurate and up-to-date advice), but they also have a way of making you feel totally comfortable and validated (for example, when I mentioned I have an old lady cat who I want to give a good life for her last years, this was met with praise and stories of their pets also, which I loved - an excellent touch, it's made the whole experience very personal). I know it sounds a bit sad, but I genuinely look forward to hearing back from their team, they have even made me chuckle a few times, which is greatly appreciated when the stresses of trying to move property are on top of you. What a lovely team of people, couldn't ask for more! P.s. do you have any jobs? I'd happily work with such a great team lol (I joke.... sort of haha).

Kate from Lettings did my check in today for my new house! I'm a semi first time renter so asked quite a few questions (probably fairly simple ones!) but she answered them all with genuine enthusiasm :-) Very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and bang on time! Thank you Kate & Basingstoke Belvoir!

AO delivered a replacement fridge freezer for me but in error they failed to unpack & install. I only discovered this as they were leaving & they refused to check the order. I rang Belvoir very concerned as it was a Saturday morning & I now had no fridge freezer to use and was unable myself to safely remove the new one from the packaging & get it into position. Rachel T was very concerned as installation had been requested so kindly offered to come out with her husband when she finished work at lunchtime to help. They both arrived and were able to assist me in removing packaging & getting into position. She went above & beyond what was expected in her position (was hoping for merely a phone call to AO to query order). She is a credit to Belvoir.

Attended a check in for my Daughter with Kate from Belvoir for her new place - Kate was very thorough and patiently went through all of the various controls and settings, and gave my daughter some sound advice on how to maximise energy savings etc. which was very useful. Great customer service and professional.

We were really pleased with the professional and friendly service we received from Sarah-Jane throughout the selling process with her honesty and integrity - there were no nasty surprises as she was completely up front about all costs etc. Once we had received a very satisfactory offer Natalie then took over - making sure the conveyancing process moved swiftly and seamlessly always keeping us updated.

I have been a tenant through Belvoir Basingstoke for almost 4 years and their experience has always been first class. The last 6 months have been very troubling owing to the property I'm renting being sold by a different agent but the team at Belvoir Basingstoke have really looked after me through that unsettling time - by looking after my interests when it came to viewings, right up to finding me a replacement place to live. The Belvoir Basingstoke team have been genuinely superb. I switched across from another agent in December last year at the end of a long tenancy after getting tired of poor service from constantly churning, inexperienced staff. The difference with Belvoir couldn't be more noticeable. Knowledgeable, professional and responsive - they have earned their excellent reputation. Their knowledge of the Basingstoke market (including the estate my property resides in) was really impressive. Carole in particular really knew her stuff; she was hands down the most convincing agent I interviewed. Kate in the lettings team also managed the listing process very efficiently. The advert was out quickly and we had a new tenant in at a 15% uplift in rent within a month. Michelle in the maintenance team also assisted as there were a host of repairs and replacements to get sorted for the new tenant. In general, a really complete service for a rate that is very competitive for the area. Brilliant value. Thanks team!
