Carol was the first person from Belvoir to impress me with the perfect balance of a friendly yet professional service, more like a friend than an agent. Jo has been amazing recently in her handling of my only negative tenant experience. She certainly went above and beyond in terms of customer service and excellent communication. It is certainly something I would commend Belvoir for, & something that seems to be lacking in many businesses nowadays.... good old fashioned reliable communication and people taking pride in their careers. We used Belvoir as our letting agent for years and they were always excellent and quick to respond in dealing with queries and issues. When the time came to sell the property we automatically when to them to help and we're equally pleased with the sales team. It's normally considered that an estate agent is there to represent the interests of the vendors who have engaged the agent. However, as buyers of a property marketed by Belvoir we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort put in by Natalie in making sure the chain was prodded at regular intervals, even assisting with our interactions with our own solicitors (at the end of the day Natalie knows the process and we don't so it's always good to get that info to help make sure everything is being done right!). Really pleased to find them essentially acting for both parties after the sale / purchase was agreed, and if we ever decide to sell we'll be using Belvoir (and hopefully Natalie!) as our agent. Very impressed and highly recommended!

From start to finish of my sale Belvoir we're there for me, friendly, efficient, returned my calls and kept me updated, selling my house quickly. It turned out to be quite a protracted move but again towards the end contact updates were constant and so reassuring. They are a tight, friendly team and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had an excellent experience with the Basingstoke Belvoir team throughout the purchase of a flat. Katie initially was our point of contact and we were really pleased with the weekly updates over the phone and she answered all the questions we had. Our bank initially misidentified the property during a valuation and we were not given a mortgage as a result. Thanks to I believe Ali providing us with floor plans for the property which he obtained from the vendor we were able to clear up the issue with our lender. Once solicitors were instructed by the vendor Natalie began handling our case and she has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, she is very easy to contact and quick to respond and gave us invaluable advice throughout which probably saved the purchase from collapsing multiple times due to mistakes made by our solicitors, she is clearly highly experienced which was reassuring during a highly stressful purchase.
