Ewe Move really understand that selling properties in the 21st century requires a different approach and they did a fabulous job. Rob took ownership of selling our house right from the beginning, advising us room by room on how to present the house to its’ best advantage for the open day, for which a good level of viewings was generated. We had a number of offers within a few weeks and Rob secured an excellent and fair price for the market conditions, with which we were delighted. The standard of property details was superb, complemented by Sophie’s excellent professional photographs. We felt well informed and well supported throughout the whole process, which included Rob keeping a longer-than-average, and at times distinctly wobbly chain intact, through to exchange and completion. Ewe Move offers an excellent, risk-free service that, we believe, surpasses anything else offered in the marketplace.

We genuinely couldn’t have moved without Mark and team, a tricky shared ownership sale on our old property which elongated the sales process unnecessarily. Mark not only helped with the shared ownership housing association (who were absolute nightmares!), but also helped make sure that our sellers remained patient with us so that we didn’t lose the sale. The whole team at Ewemove are fantastic to deal with, and worlds apart from the service you get from a bigger estate agent. I have recommended Mark and the team to everyone I know who are thinking about moving, a first class service.

Having failed to sell our house after six months with another local estate agent, we gave Mark from EweMove a call. To our amazement Mark secured us viewers and a great offer within 24 hours! I never write reviews but I had to after selling our house through EweMove in Basingstoke. Apart from being the quickest sale and purchase I have ever dealt with, the whole process was actually made a pleasure by these guys. Particularity Grant, he has restored my faith in estate agents, a genuine Nice guy, down to earth and really knows his stuff. Very communicative and even dealt with our questions and queries out side of normal hours. Superb Grant!! Thank you for getting us into our dream home. First time seller here! When we met Grant he came across brilliantly, and very different to the other agents we met with. He was so friendly, confident (but not in an off-putting way!), and reassuring. He did everything he said he was going to do and was in regular communication with us from start to finish, including outside of office hours. We accepted an offer between 3 and 4 weeks after going on the market - so much quicker than we were expecting in a buyers market with so much choice! He went above and beyond to get our exchange pushed through late on a Friday afternoon and we couldn’t be more grateful. An honest and professional service throughout what can be a very stressful time! Mark has been amazing and only too happy to answer questions about selling our house no matter how trivial we thought they were. When dealing with other estate agents when viewing properties to buy, we kept thinking how glad we were we’d gone with Ewemove.
