Rob was excellent, his team are fabulous!! Didn't matter what time, or day of the week, Rob would always come back to us and kept us updated. Even if it was with a quick text to say he's still on it and he's waiting for other parties to get back to him. It was a nice touch and one less worry Gave us some great tips, advice and went beyond anything we have ever experienced with previous moves Rob, Mark, Bradley and the EweMove team are polite, highly knowledgeable, upfront and honest which we truly respected, no BS. Generally nice guys but most important trust worthy!!

James was a breath of fresh air, we had been on the market a year with 2 other estate agents but had hardly any viewings plus terrible communication from the agents. James come in and took great photos and gave us an honest valuation on the house backed up with facts. James communicated with us regularly even if he didn't have much news. We would recommend to everyone to use James, the difference in service is amazing and he sold our house quickly but he was also with us every step of the way during all the paperwork stage of selling and ensured that the chain kept moving. I have just had the absolute pleasure of selling our home with Ewemove in Basingstoke. We were very apprehensive about having to go through the process of selling and had heard some horror stories about both selling and dealing with agents. From the first meeting with Mark, he was completely open and honest and we never felt under obligation. Smooth and easy. We thought about going through an online agent - they're cheap, etc - but you do get what you pay for and the reviews were very discouraging. I invited three estate agents to price up the house and I chose Mark at Ewemove for his knowledge and honesty. Our house went on the market on the Friday, first viewing on the Wednesday and sold to them on the following Friday - all done within a week! The marketing and photos were superb, we were able to comment and adjust to our satisfaction. The communication has been excellent, at no point did we feel out of touch and our questions were always answered quickly. We have been lucky as it's been a very small chain but even so Mark had to communicate with the other estate agent we were buying through and talk with both sets of solicitors. Selling a house isn't a straightforward business and if you're not someone who does it regularly then Ewemove makes the process smooth and trouble free.
