Stay away from this Estate Agent - most unprofessional experience with an estate agency. We were assigned to an End of Tenancy cleaning job by Sarah which we attended to, to find out that there's no electricity in the property. This is of course out of our control and our invoice was still issued, and due to be paid. Sarah never came back to us regarding our invoice or even acknowledged our email. When our cleaner got back to their offices to return the keys, they asked her the following "Couldn't you clean the bathrooms as well? You don't need electricity". Thank god we didn't because they just wanted us to work for free, clearly. If you are a contractor or someone looking for a property I would stay away from these people.
