The team are fantastic . From the very start , valuing my property I felt so welcomed and setting up a what’s app group that they did was amazing as it kept me in touch with what was happening and what viewings etc . The sale again was such a smooth process from teana and the team and nothing was too much to ask , even chasing solicitors constantly !! We have just completed the sale on my elderly mother's house in Braunstone all done through Hampsons. I have to say I have been so impressed with them right from the start extremely professional and courteous. I no longer live in the UK so had to find a company that would be respectful and courteous with my mum and look after her best interests I did extensive research and Hampsons came out on top in every area. From the first meeting they took all the stress away from an emotional and difficult task. I would like to say how happy I was with our experience with Hampsons. Verity was a delight , she was very professional and even though I was very very nervous she kept me feeling very calm throughout the whole process. Although my journey with Hampsons was very short as the offer got accepted all within a few days Verity made it all fabulous and kept us informed at all times as to what was happening .
