My moving process was protracted and difficult, with two collapses of the chain. There were multiple times where I was convinced the move would never happen. I was having many difficulties with solicitors, in particular communication and speed of process. The one rock throughout all of the turmoil was Verity at Hampsons. She was the only one that was always available, kept me up to date with everything that was going on and was trying their upmost to facilitate the move. Not only did she prove her proficiency time and again, particularly post chain collapse, she provided an amazing support and comfort element that kept my spirits up when I was at my most sceptical. In short, I simply could not have done this without her. I will forever be appreciative.

I recently purchased a property through Hampson's and I can’t recommend them enough. Everything ran extremely smoothly and they were very helpful guiding me in what to do/ what my next steps were as this was the first time buying a property. They communicated and dealt with my solicitors extremely well and from offer accepted to exchange it took only 6 weeks. I mainly dealt with Verity who always kept me updated via email or whatsapp and she was brilliant!
