We recently sold our flat through Hampsons. the service was excellent, the whole team were friendly and professional. the photos and video of the property were especially good. The team made sure to keep us regularly updated throughout the process and we can't fault them.

everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had, being a new buyer I had lots of them! Everyone was always very polite and patient. The thing that stood out to me the most was the customer service, the people who worked with me would answer any question or query pretty much any hour of the day. there would be multiple times I would email in the evening, expecting a reply in the morning and I would have a reply that night! couldn't fault them, would and do strongly recommend thanks guys!

Teana Hampsons and the team have been beyond excellent! From the initial consultation with Teana right through to the sale they have been nothing but attentive and understanding. Pictures and videos took of the house we were selling were incredible. We had offers within days of promoting! Kayley and Jess especially made our journey very comfortable. I was heavily pregnant throughout the whole process and they were at my beckoning and call whenever I needed the support. I would 1000% recommend using Hampsons to anyone wanting to sell/buy a property. And I would also highly recommend the mortgage advisor they use Jo Manship. Couldn’t of asked for a better team.
