Simply put: Jake is *amazing*. He made our dream house a reality - he kept in touch with us throughout and guided us expertly through the whole process, which was not without it's challenges. Jake kept a cool head and managed to keep things moving in the chain, all the while staying "human" and refreshingly not at all like the usual corporate/impersonal estate agent you often deal with.
