I would highly recommend Gibson & Brennan, they have all been fantastic during the whole process. Jake and Mickey were very helpful last year with valuing my two properties, helping me to get them on the market and dealing with copious open day viewings, helping to explain the whole process as I didn't have any experience with house sales prior to meeting the team and going through the whole process. I even had the misfortune of a buyer pulling out after the chain was established, after which Jake and Mickey worked hard at arranging new visits and getting things back on track again. Their communication is excellent, always keeping you in the loop with where things are at. Sophie also was extremely helpful towards the end of the process when communicating with solicitors, chasing people in the chain, keeping me informed each step of the way to help minimise my stress whilst I had already moved across the country and had to deal with everything remotely. The process of selling two houses and completing my move took almost 1 year in the end, and the team were amazing throughout that entire time. Highly recommended, thanks to Jake, Mickey and Sophie for everything you've done to help me with this huge life change, I'm very grateful!
