First time I view a property with them, I meet the rudest agent (Sofia) I've ever come across. Second time I have a viewing with them, I turn up at the property, and no one's there, called them to find out they cancelled my appointment. No email or message left to inform me. Needless to say, I see how unprofessional they are, I won't be viewimg any more properties by this agency not recommend them to anyone.
