Balgores

Liam and Michael are outstanding - their knowledge of the rental market, their dedication to providing outstanding service and their results are truly remarkable. As first time Landlords we were nervous about entering the market, especially in light of recent legislative changes. However, they led us through the process thoroughly, professionally and clearly. It felt as though they worked around the clock to make sure they got the right tenants for our property. They had a solution for everything and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it - often exceeding expectations. I can’t rate them highly enough - I recommend them to everyone. True credits to the Balgores Basildon business - they drive for results and I expect many Landlords use Balgores because of them.
