Daniel was able to get us a principle in writing just after the first lockdown ended, which gave us an idea of how much could potentially be borrowed. This helped us to kickstart house hunting. Once we found our house, we had a couple of meetings, and he spent time with us explaining a lot of things, and was very patient with us too as sometime we were unsure about certain things.
