We have been renting for over 9 years and had been looking to rent our first home with a garden now that my young boy is growing so quickly. Balgores had marketed a lovely little house in our well sought area and I immediately fell in love. After speaking to Mica and explaining our current situation, she fought for us to be accepted with our two cats after the landlord initially said no. Today is our moving day and we are so thrilled with the outstanding service that Mica has given us. We will definitely use Balgores again, hopefully when we eventually decide to buy a house.
