This is my 2nd year using Balgores Basildon to let my property. Michael Charles has been very efficient in finding me suitable tenants promptly and Jo has been great letting me know of any problems throughout the year. My 1st tenants left after a year as they needed somewhere closer to their work and the process of finding me new tenants has been very efficient. I would definitely recommend them
