We ended up being dragged through the mud due to their utterly incompetence and dire checking processes while trying to buy a property via Balgores. Throughout the entire process, Balgores were utterly fantastic and provided us with the much needed support that our agents had failed to give us. We eventually decided to list our property with Balgores Basildon even though they weren't based in our area, we did so purely based on the level of trust that we had built up with the team. Today we exchanged after the most awful sale/purchase process in the history of buying/selling and that is all thanks to Balgores and especially Sarah Oakley. Words can not express how thankful I am that we have had Sarah in our corner throughout this process, she has quite honestly saved me from the brink of a nervous breakdown on many occasions. She has provided me with a space to vent when things have felt hopeless and is a fountain of knowledge with all things property. She is phenomenal at her job and such an asset to Balgores and to anyone going through the selling/buying process. A further special thanks to Freddie for giving me endless laughs during our lengthy phone calls and for being so flexible with viewings, also shout out to Logan for being an utter gem and hosting late in the day viewings for us.
