A big thank you to Michael in the Lettings team at Balgores Basildon for successfully finding us tenants for our flat in Langdon Hills. Michael was very particular to find us the right tenants based on our requirements and although we were not successful in the first round of viewings he quickly lined up another block of viewings that included our eventual tenant. Nothing was too much trouble and I liked that he personally accompanied every viewing even if that meant working in to the evenings and then quickly gave us his feedback based on his thorough experience in the rental market.
