We was recommended to speak to an mortgage advisor when calling balgores to look at properties, myself and my husband made an appointment with Lucy. I was not expecting the service she has given us from day one of meeting her. I can honestly say myself and my husband's case wasn't the easiest but Lucy was able to secure us a mortgage!! The communication between us was outstanding and I honestly don't have a bad word to say! Highly highly recommend anyone who wants to buy their first home or is renewing their mortgage to speak to Lucy!! I would give more then 5 stars if I could 😄
