Balgores were great from start to finish. Firstly we dealt with Sean (Grant), who came to do the estimate. Sean was very helpful in helping us understand the process of buying and selling a property. Sean's knowledge also helped us sell so quickly; he contacted a buyer who he thought our property was perfect for … we had an offer and had accepted within two days of the property going on sale!!! Sarah (Oakley) was the main superstar though, helping us throughout the whole process and being very patient with all our trivial questions and emails. Sarah made the whole process much easier as we trusted she was doing all she could to move the process along and we knew she would keep us informed of any changes. We sold our house and bought a flat through Balgores and this was the first time any of my family involved had done anything like this, the whole process went smoothly and, by what other people have said, was handled very quickly! I'm pleased we made this choice.
