Ms Terry, you have to be one of the most diligently communicative professionals I’ve ever worked with. Buying a home is no small matter. You kept us updated in advance when the other viewing got cancelled. We were impressed by your hard work and kind gesture (showed us the house before the scheduled time so we didn’t wait that long outside in the rain). I wish there were more estate agents like Ms Terry – keen to build a relationship with her prospective clients and grow her employer’s brand, instead of taking it as a mere corner store transaction.
