Excellent service and professional at all times, Balgores Wickford stand head and shoulders above other estate agents. Ewan Klinker was our sales negotiator and was professional, an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. He took the time to get to know our property and its features which he used to attract and match to potential buyers. Producing an excellent brochure and marketing strategy maximised our selling opportunities. Ensuring we completed the homebuyers pack at the beginning of the process made for a smoother and more timely completion. Every viewer was qualified and feedback was detailed and useful. Once an offer had been accepted the excellent service continued through to completion. Special thanks to Ewan who went above and beyond by negotiating my onward purchase. I would like to thank Ross for his amazing team at Balgores Wickford and would like to mention Mary, Nigel and Ethan who were so friendly, positive and helpful at all times.

Balgores have been fantastic in the sale of my Dad’s house. Ross and Georgia (& the rest of the team behind them) were extremely professional, knowledgeable and organised with regular updates and pushing to ensure everything moved ahead steadily. After 2 short chains collapsed with a different agent we lost a year in delays, so I wish we had taken the whole process with Balgores sooner. We would recommend Balgores 100%. I was recommended to Balgores Estate Agents, Wickford office by my friend Liz, and despite a hard long slog to sell my parents home I am greatful she did and I cannot fault the service that the Balgores team provided. The sale suffered several setbacks and numerous delays, all outside the control of Balgores, but despite this the team dusted themselves off every time and renewed their efforts. Special mention to both Ewan and Georgia for excellent communication and sheer bloody-minded perseverance getting us over the line. For professionalism and customer service I would highly recommend Balgores.
