We are currently in the process of buying a house through Balgores Wickford office and have now exchanged contracts. From our initial contact when arranging a viewing appointment and making an offer (with Dan) the service has been very professional. Once our offer was accepted, Sarah Oakley took over as the sales progressor and Sarah has been superb. I have never had to chase her once, Sarah is so good, every week she has checked all parties in the chain and provided us with a weekly update. She really has been fantastic, I am sure the process would’ve taken longer without her
