Lovelle did exactly what they promised and I am very thankful for their work. The marketing was very very good - exceptional photographs, fab description and a brilliant virtual house tour. They took many people around my house on accompanied viewings and got lots of interested parties in my property. They managed to secure an offer for full asking price on my property and I am very happy with this. Whenever I have had a query, they have been very quick to resolve it for me. It's worth noting that communication is VERY good. Thomas, Laura and Sophie looked after me and rang me very soon after every viewing with feedback. They are very proactive - I never felt like I had to chase anything - everything just happened smoothly and in really quick time. I would recommend them highly for anyone looking to sell a property in the Barton area. They know what they're doing and they do it well.
