I would like to say what a professional company Lovelle's is, from Steve who first showed us around our new house to the girls in the office, but especially Sophie. I wasn't even their customer, I was actually buying from their client but Sophie kept us very much updated and did a massive amount of chasing to keep our purchase on track (unlike our own solicitor), I honestly don't think we would have completed without her.
