I had the tricky and protracted job of selling my parents’ Barton property, after we moved them to us across the Pennines due to ailing health. With Amanda’s management, Lovelle’s were kind, considerate, professional and - most importantly for an estate agent (and not always the case)… PROACTIVE. They handled my mum really sensitively in photographing and listing the property, when the sudden need to sell was an emotional time. And then Laura worked with me so well - I’m located out of the region - so good communication, regular updates, review and advice around the property; all at a time the market had dipped and was tricky, were key. At STC stage, Rebecca was amazing a keeping a hand on the tiller and ensuring the sale was progressing (again, not always the case at an estate agent’s).
